The Placement Cell segregates companies into 3 tiers based on the CTC offered. The tier system does not discriminate between the recruitment procedure. It only ensures a smooth drive with minimum waste of job offers.

Once the Company and the Placement Opportunity is verified, companies or organisations can then hold a pre-placement meeting with the Teacher Coordinator of the Placement Cell, the specifics of which (date, timings, etc.) can be worked out. This would assist the Placement Team in understanding the company/organization and the job profile better.

The Placement Cell assigns a Point of Contact to every company recruiting from Vivekananda to facilitate a seamless placement process. The recruitment process includes but is not limited to Pre-Placement Talk, CV Shortlisting, Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, and Interviews.

After the completion of the recruitment process, the results and the acceptance of the students shall be coursed through the Placement Cell to the selected candidates. Selected candidates after the due procedure will maintain direct contact with the company regarding further details such as joining date, location, etc.
